This Code of Conduct was created to guard you from scams, encourage meaningful conversations, and keep our focus where it belongs: on education, discipline, and long-term success.

These rules aren’t here to limit you—they’re here to support you. Whether you’re just starting out or sharpening your edge, we all have a role to play in making this space safe, respectful, and productive. Read the guidelines. Follow them. 1. Anti-Scam & Security Policy

• No Investment Solicitations: This community strictly prohibits the promotion or solicitation of any investment opportunities, account management services, or “get-rich-quick” schemes. This includes—but is not limited to—PAMM, MAM, signal-selling, or trading bots.

• Verified Mentors Only: Only mentors who have been thoroughly vetted and approved by the admin team may share paid educational content or training. All such offerings must receive prior approval.

• Report Suspicious Activity: Your safety is our top priority. If you notice any suspicious or fraudulent behavior, report it privately to the admin team immediately.

• Protect Personal Information: For your own safety, never share sensitive personal details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or login credentials in the group chat.

📚 2. Educational Purpose & Content Focus

• This group exists to empower and educate traders. Share your questions, strategies, insights, trading psychology tips, and relevant industry news.

• Stay on topic. Avoid discussions on politics, religion, or other unrelated personal matters.

💬 3. Communication Etiquette

• Respect Above All: Maintain a respectful and professional tone. Personal attacks, harassment, or any form of derogatory language will not be tolerated.

• No Spam or Promotions: Repetitive messages, unsolicited links, or promotional content are not allowed without prior admin approval.

• Language Policy: Please use English to ensure clarity and inclusiveness for all members.

• Official Group Identity: Do not create unofficial or parallel groups using the “Forex Academy Uganda” name without express written permission from the admin team.

• Charts & Analysis: When posting charts, provide a brief explanation of your analysis. Context adds value—don’t just drop signals.

• Media & Documents: Share only Forex-related materials. Any promotional videos, PDFs, or documents must first be reviewed and approved by admins.

• Respect Copyrights: Always credit original authors. Sharing copyrighted or paid content without permission is strictly forbidden.

Admins are committed to maintaining a safe and productive environment. They reserve the right to:

• Remove content or users that violate group rules.

• Issue warnings, apply mutes, or remove members involved in scams or repeat offenses.

• Address appeals privately and respectfully.
